Their great strength can be used in a slow methodical manner or can bring them instantly to amazing speed and force. Bears help us find our reserves of inner power and a place of introspection. They teach us there are many ways to handle situations and give us the knowledge to know when to be gentle and not use our force, and when strength can be used wisely. And of course when to sit and enjoy the honey of life.
