Often our lives shift suddenly and unexpectedly. They are rarely welcome moments but we often find later that they made sense on a bigger level. Some changes are within and allow us to change perspectives or to suddenly see things we may have been missing all along. Other shifts pull our world away as we start what seems like a whole new life. With our changes it's important to come from the heart and be gentle with ourselves. Life is an ever changing path and each growth step brings us more in balance as we begin to really see and celebrate the dance of life and what its diversity brings us.
